1 pkg of frozen Tater Tots (at least a 1 pound package)
1 pound of lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown the ground beef and the onion. Drain.
In a 2 quart casserole dish, place 1/2 of the frozen tater tots in the bottom. Put the ground beef and onion mixture on top, then place the remaining tater tots on top of the ground beef.
Mix together 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 can of milk. When well blended, pour over the mixture in the casserole dish.
Bake in a 350º oven, covered, for at least 45 minutes, then uncover and continue baking at least another 15 minutes, or until done.

For a variation I have made this casserole with tomato soup, and added green beans.
