2 pounds ground beef
1 pound ground pork
6 cups, raw grated potatoes
2 large, white onion diced
3 tablespoons ground allspice (crushed is best, but ground is ok for this)
2 teaspoons of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, ground pork, and onion in a pan. Drain away the fat. Microwave the raw potatoes until cooked but NOT mashed. Toss everything together with allspice, salt, and pepper in a roaster. Steam and bake in oven with cover on roaster until hot. Slice into squares to serve. Don't over cook. Should be moist.
