2 Large Chicken Breasts cubed (raw)
1 Cup Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2/3 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Oil
Fat heated to fry
Sweet and sour sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil
Beat eggs and combine with milk and oil.
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients well.
Stir in chicken pieces.
Scoop one piece of chicken and a generous amount of batter in a tablespoon.
Scrape into hot oil with finger (or second spoon) and repeat.
Fry until brown, turning when necessary.
Keep warm in a 250 degree oven until all chicken balls are completed.
