2 cups shredded coconut
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup chopped almonds or macadamia nuts
3 oz pkg orange flavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Combine coconut, margarine, and nuts in skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until coconut is toasted. Cool. Gradually add gelatin to marshmallow creme; mix until well blended. Chill until almost set; whip until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Alternate layers of gelatin and coconut mixture in dessert glasses. Chill until firm. Garnish with additional coconut, chopped nuts of whipped cream.
