1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Oil

3 Eggs
1 T Vanilla
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/4 C Milk

2-1/2 C Flour
1/2 t Salt
2 t Baking soda
4 T Cocoa
2 C grated Zuchini

Cream together brown sugar, sugar, oil. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, milk. Mix well
Add remaining ingredients

Pour batter into greaswed and floured pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter.

Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
