4 boneless skinned chicken breasts
1 C Bar B Q Sauce
4 large Mushrooms, sliced thinly
1/2 small Onion, thinly sliced
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 chicken breast in each of 4 large pieces of heavy duty foil. Top each breast with 1/2 of the barbecue sauce, all of the mushrooms, onions and zucchini, dividing equally. Top with remaining sauce. Wrap securely, place on baking sheet and bake at 450º fro 10 -12 minutes. Cooking time nay vary a little depending upon size of chicken breasts.
