1/2 cup corn meal
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 pkg hot dogs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, corn meal, salt, and soda together. Add egg and buttermilk. Dip hot dogs, one at time, and cook in deep fryer or fry pan with hot fat or oil covering at least one side.
