1 lb. sirloin steak
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 T. butter
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
1 clove minced garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. water
2 T. tomato paste
1 c. sour cream

Trim fat from meat. Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat. Cut into thin strips. Melt butter in large fry pan. Add meat and fry till no longer pink. Add onion and garlic and saute till tender. Stir in soup, mushrooms water and tomato paste. Put all in large crock pot and cook several hours till very tender. Stir in sour cream and cook till heated. Serve over noodles or rice.
