1-1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tube of 8 refrigerator crescent rolls
2 sour cooking apples, peeled and quartered
1 can (12 oz.) clear pop (not diet), such as Sprite

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside. Completely wrap a crescent roll around each quarter of apple. Put in a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Spoon sugar mixture over apples. Pour can of pop around edges of pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350º. Serve warm with ice cream or non-dairy topping
