3 eggs
1 13 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 TLB flour
3 TLB melted Margarine
Nutmeg to taste
1 cup pecans (approximate)
1/2 coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9-inch or 10-inch glass pie pan. Be sure all areas are well covered. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend 30 seconds. Add nuts and coconut. Pour into pie pan and bake 350º for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Pie will rise but will settle as it cools and form a light crust.
