1 6-oz. box strawberry Jell-O
2 cups water
10-oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
3 small bananas, diced
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 large tub Cool Whip
3-oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in cup of boiling water, add 1 cup of cold water. Add thawed strawberries, bananas and pineapple. Pour 1/2 mixture into 9 x 9 pan and refrigerate. Leave remainder at room temperature. Beat cream cheese with confectioners sugar and then fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Pour over chilled Jell-O and then carefully spoon the remaining half of Jell-O mixture on top and chill well. Use the remaining Cool Whip as a topping.
