1 head cabbage, shredded
1 red or green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
salt

Directions:
Boil sugar, vinegar, salt and pour over cabbage, pepper and onion. Chill overnight or freeze for later.

Variation: This variation can not be frozen. Use the same vegetables and toss with Italian Dressing. You can make Italian Dressing by using olive oil, vinegar and 1 envelope of Good Seasonings dry seasoning mix.
