Ingredients:  
1 large package of Lime Jello
1 small can pineapple (drain)
1-3/4 cups water or juice
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup finely chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and Jello and remove from heat. Stir in pineapple and cool to syrup stage. Add cottage cheese, ice cream, nuts, and celery. Chill until firm.

This is a family classic. This has been a Holiday favorite my whole life. I got the recipe from my sister Lori, who may well have learned it from my Grandma Hulda.
