3 to 4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cans evaporated milk
1 pt. cream
2 cups milk
3/4 cup toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and freeze in ice cream freezer until firm.

I have used semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of baking squares.

Add small amount of the milk to the melted chocolate and blend. This will prevent chocolate from hardening when added to cold milk.
