Ingredients:
Prepare the Creamed Tuna recipe by Ford Peterson but leave out the sweet peas.

Prepare 1 cup of white rice your favorite way. We prefer Basmati rice in our family but any other rice, including brown, will do.

1 can of sliced green beans (not French Sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
Add a healthy dollop of rice to the middle of a dinner plate or small bowl. Ladle on enough Creamed Tuna to cover the rice completely. Now come the beans. Pretend you are putting small cake candles into the dollop of rice. Start at the very top and insert a bean vertically. This is a mountain climber at the top of the mountain. Keep adding beans in a spiral from the summit to the base camp, where there is a small pile of beans. Seems silly but read my personal notes.

Personal Notes:
When the kids were small, they really didn't like green beans. So I tried this trick of pretending the beans were little mountain climbers. It was one of those Momma-magic moments. The kids started naming the individual beans with each other's and their friend's names. Jan, Joan, Ryan, Holly, Jill, Lucia, Ford, Jay, Wade, Brian... Then they would decide who's head they were going to bite off first and giggle as they ate their green beans! This all seems so silly unless you are a 4 or 5 year old (or the Mother of several). They not only started eating their green beans, they started ASKING me to make "Mountain Climbers!" Magic!
