1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 medium sized bananas, mashed
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and bananas and thoroughly mix. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients, alternately with milk and vanilla. Dry ingredients should be sifted together. Beat well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Bake in large loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes.
