1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate or butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 box Rice Chex
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chips over low heat. Pour over Rice Chex coating well. Shake coated Rice Chex in bag with powdered sugar.
