1 TLB Butter
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
salt & pepper
1 slice of Toast

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and milk in a saucepan. Add eggs and season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat until white of eggs are set. Butter toast if desired then cut from corner to cornet and place in serving bowl. Spoon eggs from hot milk and pace on toast. Pour milk over eggs.

~ Milk Toast was always a favorite with the pioneers and passed down from the Pace Ancestor's. This was sometimes used as a medicine for sick folks ~
