Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Allow butter to soften, but not melt. Add vanilla. Add flour mixing with hands. When flour and butter are in "ball" stage, add sugar and pecans. Shape with hands to ball shape. Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake at 275º for 20 minutes. While warm roll in confectioners sugar.
