Ingredients: 2 T. instant coffee 1 T. sugar 1 c. boiling water 2 T. Bailey’s Irish Cream
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split, divided
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) fat free cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. thawed frozen whipped lite topping 2 tsp. cocoa powder

Directions:Dissolve combined coffee granules and 1 T. sugar in boiling water. Add Irish cream, cool. Arrange 1 package of ladyfingers on the bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Brush 1/2 c. of the coffee mixture onto ladyfingers in the dish.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Add 1/2 c. sugar, beat in. Fold in whipped topping. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers in dish; sprinkle with cocoa powder; top with remaining ladyfingers. Brush with remaining coffee mixture; cover with remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Store leftovers in the refrigerator. |
