Personal Notes:
This has been a Christmas Eve dinner favorite for a number of years now. Ford, Barb, Renee, and TK have been coming that night to enjoy escalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, and all the Christmas goodies. After dinner we turn on the Yule Log channel on cable TV and enjoy this wonderful dish together. We usually end the evening with me showing the kids how to win at Yahtzee!
