Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 cups of grilled chicken breast or leftover rotisserie chicken
1 box of whole wheat pasta-penne or large shells work well
1 bunch of finely chopped green onions
1 jar Marzetti or Marie's Poppyseed Refrigerator Dressing
1 cup natural whole almonds-no salt
1 package dried cranberries or 1-2 cups red grapes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up cooked chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook pasta according to package directions until done but firm. Add 1-2 bunches of green onions, almonds, and dried cranberries or grapes. Use enough dressing to cover the pasta thoroughly. May need to add more dressing later as it soaks in to the salad or use a little milk to keep the salad moist. If making a large quantity will need two jars of dressing.

Personal Notes:
This is a very forgiving salad that keeps for a few days in the refrigerator. I tend to use the dried cranberries in the fall and the grapes in the summer. If you serve it in a pottery or earthenware bowl it looks great!
