3 Tbsp. butter
1 C. seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb. scallops
1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the bottom of an oven proof dish with 2 Tbsp. butter. Add 3/4 C. bread crumbs, spreading evenly to cover bottom of dish. Add the scallops. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Dot with remaining butter. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be made in two individual casseroles and baked for 15 minutes. Serves 2.
