1 Duncan Hines Lemon Pudding cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry cake mix,1 egg, and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. Put remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350ºF. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.
