2 pounds cubed stewing beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water
1 package dry onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the soups and the water. Put the meat in a large casserole and pour liquid over it. Cover tightly; bake at 325º for 3 hours. DO NOT PEEK. Be sure the casserole is large enough to keep from boiling over. This makes a good amount of gravy. Serve over hot rice, mashed potatoes or toast.
