Baked Pie crust for 9 inch pie
2 pints (5 c) fresh raspberries or blueberries
3/4 c sugar
1 c water
3 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 cup berries, sugar, water, cornstarch to boil over high heat. Reduce heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thick & glossy about 5 min. Remove from heat and with rubber spatula transfer to small bowl to cool to luck warm. Combine remaining berries to mixture and put in baked shell. When using raspberries fold carefully so as not to break the berries. Can also use frozen berries, but may want to thaw them a bit.
