Ingredients:  
1 can French cut green beans
1 can baby peas (can use frozen peas also)
1/2 c chopped onions (have used both red onion or green onions)
1/2 c chopped celery
1/4 c diced pimentos
3/4 c vinegar
1 can white whole kernel corn
1/2 c diced red or green pepper
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c oil, optional ( I use maybe a T of olive oil)

Dump and chill. (Drain the veggies first.) Can add a can of black beans also, if you wish.
