Asian Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Lettuce leaves
1 # ground beef / turkey
1 T oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 minced cloves
1 T soy sauce
1/4 c Hoisin sauce
2 tsp minced pickled ginger
1 T rice wine vinegar
Asian chili pepper sauce
1can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tsp Asian sesame oil

Brown meat in oil, cook onion in same pan. Stir frequently.
Add garlic, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, ginger, vinegar, & chili pepper to the onions and meat. Stir.
Stir in chestnuts, green onions & sesame oil. Cook about 2 minutes.
Serve on lettuce leaves and wrap like a burrito.
4-6 servings
