Crust: 2-1/4 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/3 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1/3 c milk
Filling:
1/2 lb. ham
1/2 lb. sausage (cooked)
1/2 lb. salami
1 stick of pepperoni
2 eggs hard boiled, peeled and chopped
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. provolone cheese
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
2 raw eggs

Directions:
Crust: Combine dry ingredients with Crisco
Beat eggs and milk together and add to dry ingredients. Roll out dough into two pie shells, reserving half for the tops.
Filling: Dice all the meats and cheeses. Combine with ricotta cheese and raw eggs, mix together and place in pie shells. Place pie crust on top, pierce with fork to vent, and bake at 350 º for one hour.
This filling may be used in white bread dough for ham bread. Roll out bread dough and spread filling on top. Roll into a large loaf, tucking in ends, and bake at 400º for 20 minutes, until nicely browned.
