4 salmon fillets
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp butter, melted
1-1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 c soft breadcrumbs
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
If desired for milder flavor, soak salmon in milk for five minutes. Remove from milk and sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place skin side down in lightly greased 9-in. baking dish.
Combine mustard, butter and honey. Brush over salmon. Combine breadcrumbs, pecans and parsley and spoon over top of salmon.
Bake uncovered at 450º for 12 to 15 min. until fish flakes easily.
