1-16 1/2 oz. tube refrigerated sugar cookie
dough
1 C. sugar, divided
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 C. orange juice
1/4 C. lemon juice
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 T. milk
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2/3 C. heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 C. halved fresh strawberries
1 medium peach, thinly sliced
1 small banana, sliced
1 small apple
1/2 C. fresh blueberries

Let dough stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to soften. Press onto ungreased 14" pizza pan. Bake at 350º for 13 to 16 minutes. Cool. In a small saucepan combine 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch and juices. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until thick. Cool. In large bowl beat cream cheese, milk, orange peel and remaining sugar until blended. In a small mixing bowl beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold into cream cheese. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit over filling. Spread with reserved glaze. Refrigerate until chilled.
