1 c tomato sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 c water
1-2 T chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1tsp oregano
Lamb Shanks

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in hot fat.
Season with salt & pepper. Add sauce, water, onions, parsley and oregano. Simmer covered in 350º oven for 2 hours.
