small red potatoes
Kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
fresh minced garlic
olive oil
margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil or microwave potatoes until soft.

Spray a glass dish with cooking spray.
Smash potatoes in the dish with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with Kosher salt, fresh ground pepper and fresh minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and melted margarine/butter.

Bake at 450º until crispy on top, 20-25 minutes.
