Carrots
Water
Frozen Peas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage, potatoes and carrots in bite sized pieces. Brown sausage in a sauce pan. Add potatoes, carrots and water cover. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are cooked. Add frozen peas. As soon as they are thawed, serve.

Paul's grandmother Ruth DeLong used to make this - it is quick and cheap. When he wanted to know what it was called, she told him that Charlie Brewster, the cook on the "Wagon Train" weekly western TV show, made up the recipe.
