1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground beef
1 medium to large onion - chopped
1 -2 slices bread, torn into 1/2" pieces
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
secret ingredient - Celery Salt - lots!
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pat into a baking pan (I use a glass pie pan). Bake about 1 hour at 350º
