Veal - any chops or chunks will work
1 egg
seasoned bread crumbs
oil or butter for the pan
canned or sautéed fresh mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with a bit of water. Dip meat in egg and then seasoned bread crumbs. Brown in oil or butter. Place meat in casserole dish. Put can of mushrooms or sautéed fresh mushrooms on top. Add about 1" of water with pan scrapings. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake, covered, for 2 hours.
