Onions
Cooked meat (leftover roast beef is great)
1 large can tomatoes
any leftover gravy
salt & pepper & Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Use whatever quantities go with the amount of leftover meat you have.

Dice potatoes and onions. Just cover with water and par cook. Dice meat in about 1/2" squares.
Mix all ingredients - should be quite wet. Bake uncovered at 350º for 2 hours - watch liquids so stew does not dry out.
