1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
3 eggs
1 large can of crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 cup of sugar
2 tbsp. of flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Beat eggs.
Add pineapple with juice, sugar, flour,
vanilla and salt to eggs.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until firm.
Serve topped with whipped cream.
