1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. almond extract
2 3/4 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cream butter with sugar. Beat in egg and extracts. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to the mixture 1 cup at a time. Do not chill dough. Divide into 2. Flour surface, roll 1/8" thick. Dip cutter in flour. Bake on ungreased sheet 6-7 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
