4-6 Pork Chops
2 c. Pineapple Chunks
3 Medium Sweet Potatoes
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Can use fresh pineapple or from a can. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes. Put all ingredients into a slow cooker on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. (Will be ready when you get back from fishing.)
