First Layer:
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter

Second Layer:
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
8 oz. container whipping cream

Third Layer:
2 - 3 oz. packages strawberry gelatin
2 c. pineapple juice
2 - 10 oz. boxes frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pretzels, 1 T. sugar, and butter and press into a 9" x 13" pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipping cream. Spread over pretzel base. Dissolve gelatin in HOT pineapple juice. Add strawberries. Chill until partially set, then pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill entire dessert for at least two hours.
