2 - 9 oz. Frozen French green beans
2 tbsp. butter
1 tea. salt
1/4 tea. white pepper
1/2 tea. minced onions
1 tea. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup sour cream
2 cups grated Swiss cheese

Topping: cornflake crumbs with 2 Tbsp. Melted butter.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans until tender, drain. Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, onion and sugar; add sour cream - stir until smooth. Cook until bubbly - don't boil. Fold in beans. Put in greased casserole, sprinkle cheese over top. Bake uncovered at 400º for 15 - 20 minutes.
