Pork chops
Oil
Carrots
Potatoes
2 T cornstarch
1 c water
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork chops in small amount of oil until browned. Meanwhile, peel and slice potatoes and carrots. Place in heavy pan and bring them to a boil for about 4 minutes. Drain, saving the water.
Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of crockpot. Place browned pork chops on top of carrots and potatoes. Pour water from potatoes and carrots into pork chop drippings. Bring to a boil. Slowly
whisk mixture of cornstarch and water into boiling mixture. When thickened add cream of chicken soup. Pour mixture over pork chops. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
