Directions:
Cream 1 cup butter and 1.5 Cups sugar. Add 3 baeaten egg yolk and 1 tsp vanilla. Sift. Add 2 cups flour, 1 Tbsp baking soda, 1 tsp cream of tartar, 1/4 tsp salt. Chill. Roll in balls. Lightly prim with fork. Bake at 350º for 7-10 minutes.. Roll in balls. Sprinkle coat in sugar.
