1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp prepared Dijon mustard
1 tbsp prepared Horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
4 halibut fillets

1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and lemon juice. Stir in 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Arrange fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spread bread crumb evenly over fish.

3. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the coated halibut.

4. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
