16 ounces Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese,
14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk,
3 eggs,
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice,
1 1/4 cups Graham cracker crumbs,
1/3 cup melted butter, 2 T sugar
1 1/2 T corn starch,2/3 cup sugar, 1 cup cold water ,1/2 pkg strawberry jello, 1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries, 1/2 pint whipped cream

Beat together the cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs and lemon juice well and pour into a crust made from the graham crackers, melted butter and sugar ( pressed into a springform pan) Bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes. cool

Glaze : In a sauce pan Mix together 1 1/2 T corn starch with 2/3 cup sugar till well combined , add 1 cup cold water and stir. Cook and stir till thickened. Add dry jello powder and stir. Add frozen strawberries to warm but not hot glaze and stir till berries are thawed. Put glaze onto cooled cheesecake. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
