Roma tomatoes
Garlic powder
Basil
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut Roma tomatoes on half and remove seeds. Place on baking sheets as many as will fit
2. Preheat oven to 150 to 200 degrees
3. Brush tomatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and basil (fresh or dried)
4. Place in oven x 30 min
5. Remove from oven and turn tomatoes and repeat steps 3 and 4
6. Tomatoes could take 5 to 6 hours
7. They are done when they are light in weight.

They can be stored in a jar with lid in the refrigerator for several weeks. They are yummy on crackers with cheese or plain. they can also be stored in plastic bags in the freezer. I use them in stirfry.
