Crust Layer 1:
1 c. plain flour
2 T. powdered sugar
1 stick melted butter
½ c. chopped pecans.
Layer 2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Layer 3:
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
2½ c. cold milk
Layer 4:
Cool Whip, nuts and shaved chocolate.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. (Crust Layer 1) Mix 1 c. flour, 2 T. powdered sugar, 1 stick melted butter, ½ c. chopped pecans. Pat into 13x9 dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and cool completely. Add Layer 2: cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. Cool Whip. Mix and spread over the cooled crust. Add Layer 3: Mix chocolate pudding with 2 ½ c. cold milk and spread over Layer 2. Layer 4:
Top with Cool Whip, nuts and shaved chocolate.
