1/4 c. water
12 oz. bottle beer
14 oz. ketchup
1.5 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 grated onion, garlic salt to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, beer, and ketchup, bring to slow boil, stir constantly. Combine hamburg, crumbs, onion and garlic, mix well. Form into small balls, add to boiling mixture, simmer 1 hour, do not stir.
