sugar
brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Peel peaches. Scald first. Make a mixture of 1 cup of water and 4 cups sugar. Bring this to a boil. Put peaches in mixture and cook until it looks glassy. Place in Jars. Put 3 Tbsp Brandy to each quart. Seal. Let stand 2-3 weeks.
